RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Stuffed Squad. We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days after the order has been delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
• Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories if included
• Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of use
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, including buyer’s remorse, wrong item ordered, or change of mind.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear
• Items returned without prior approval
• Items not in their original condition

How to Start a Return

Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions.

Return Shipping Cost

For returns due to buyer’s remorse, wrong item ordered, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will assist you and cover the return shipping cost when applicable.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently recommend placing a new order for the desired item after your return has been approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@acqt.shop. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
